1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player") and 888apk ("the platform", "we", "us"). 2. Eligibility

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the platform.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on 888apk. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or through family members — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 888apk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed and cancel any bonuses claimed.

When registering you must provide accurate and truthful information, including your full name, date of birth and contact details. You agree to keep this information updated if anything changes. 888apk is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or outdated account information provided by you.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Contact 888apk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Never allow another person to use your account, including family members.

888apk accounts are for personal use only. Accounts showing signs of commercial operation, syndicate betting or third-party use may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit conditions:

• Bank Transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on your bank's clearing times.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed back to a PKR payment method registered in your name.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before requesting a withdrawal of those funds.
• 888apk may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and applies to all players.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

888apk offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, seasonal Cricket and PSL promotions, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion has specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount — that must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is possible. The specific requirement for each bonus is shown in the promotion details.
• One bonus per offer: Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per device unless stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a violation of these Terms.
• Eligible games: Not all Casino games may contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live Casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates are listed in each bonus offer.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.
• Withdrawal before wagering: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

888apk reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated syndicate activity — may have bonuses cancelled and accounts reviewed.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The 888apk Sports Betting section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 Internationals and domestic matches), Football, Esports and other international competitions. The following rules apply to all Sports Bets placed on the platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation reference in the app or on the website. Bets that fail to process due to a technical issue are not valid and will not be settled.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and event. These are displayed at the point of placing each bet.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of 888apk. The platform may suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid unless the event outcome has already been determined at the time the bet was placed.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond a defined window. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount with no winnings.
• Obvious errors: If odds are published due to a technical error or pricing mistake and are clearly not reflective of the true market price, 888apk reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. This includes PSL and T20 cricket markets as well as Football and Esports markets.
• PSL and cricket markets: Settlements for PSL and T20 matches are based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Weather-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) results are settled according to the official outcome.

7. Casino & Live Casino

The Casino section of 888apk includes Slots, Live Casino (Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack and other table games) and additional game categories. By playing any Casino game on the platform you agree to the following:

• All Casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealer-based outcomes broadcast via live video stream.
• The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each Slot game is determined by the game provider. RTP information is typically available within the game itself.
• Interruptions to Live Casino streams due to network issues on your end do not constitute grounds for a void or refund of bets placed during the session.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the game engine or live dealer. No retroactive changes to settled Casino game results will be made except in the case of a verified technical error on the platform's side.

• Collusion with other players in Live Casino table games or multi-player formats.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform to process illegally obtained funds.
• Chargebacks — disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider after funds have been credited to your 888apk account.
• Creating accounts using false identity information or impersonating another person.

888apk uses automated monitoring systems to detect unusual account activity, irregular betting patterns and potential fraud. Where suspicious activity is detected, the platform reserves the right to freeze the account and request verification documents before any further transactions are processed.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, a remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered PKR payment method after identity verification is completed.

12. Amendments to These Terms

888apk may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment methods, game offerings or operational policies. When material changes are made, players will be notified via an in-app notification or email to the address registered on their account.
